The BPG has been a key stakeholder in the region’s IP world since its inception as a group back in 2005. Every practitioner would have benefited being a member of this group. I can address the benefits of trainings and networking etc. but the crucial role of this group has been to represent the sector, brand owners and service providers alike providing a platform that serves the IP community, drives advancement in laws and practice and equips enforcement authorities with technical knowledge and expertise. I do not see IP sector and practitioners thriving without the efforts BPG.
