Malek Hannouf is a Lebanese lawyer with over 5 years of IP regional experience.
Educated in France, Malek Holds Masters degree in Business Law and Taxation from Montpellier University.
Malek started his career at Saba IP & Co before joining Louis Vuitton as Head of Intellectual Property Department for Middle East & Africa.

Malek Joined the Gulf Brand Protection Group (Gulf BPG) in 2013, and is currently the Chairman of the Group.

David Lossignol is the Global Head of Legal Brand Protection at Novartis International AG in Basel, Switzerland, heading up a team which manages non-patent IP matters for Novartis worldwide. He joined Novartis in 2010, before moving to Sandoz, the generic division of Novartis in 2015 and returning to Novartis in 2019. He has worked in the healthcare sector for all of his career. David was the President of the International Trademark Association in 2019. David is married, has 3 children and he is an active Manchester United fan !

Rumi Hashimoto has been a Technical Attaché in the IPR Health and Safety Programme of the Compliance Sub-Directorate at the World Customs Organization (WCO) since the summer of 2023. Prior to joining the WCO, she accumulated extensive experience in Customs and in the field of IPR, including enforcement, strategic planning, and capacity building related to intellectual property at Japan Customs. From 2020 to 2022, she was seconded to the Japan Patent Office, where she was involved in investigation cooperation and anti-counterfeiting activities.
