Physical Training session for RAK DED

Gulf BPG organized a physical event at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa -Marjan Island, this event included a memorandum of understanding signing between BPG and RAK DED and legal IP training, including:

  • IP Introduction
  • Counterfeiting & imitation products
  • The ‘Shadow’ economy and its impacts.
  • Parallel imports and unfair competition.
  • New amendments to the UAE TM law.
  • Finally, RAK DED inspectors attended the physical training to distinguish genuine and counterfeit products.
