Fashion Law Conference in Kuwait

Gulf BPG represented by board member Rima El Achkar participated as a speaker in the first-ever Fashion Law Conference, organized by Advocates Group Academy in collaboration with YFLG – Al-Yaqout & Al-Fouzan Legal Group and LexisNexis Middle East. She highlighted strategic best practices to combat counterfeiting and protect international fashion brands in the region.
The event brought together legal experts, designers, and policymakers to address key challenges in the fashion industry, including intellectual property, licensing, and commercial enforcement.
Aimed at shaping a unified Fashion Law for GCC countries, the conference marked a pioneering step toward building legal structures that protect innovation, support industry growth, and ensure fair competition in the Gulf.
