Discussions focused on transforming intellectual property into investment-ready assets\, stimulating R&D and innovation\, advancing Green IP initiatives\, and strengthening legislative and institutional frameworks to support a knowledge-based and sustainable economy. \nThe event also marked the launch of research centre evaluation standards to enhance the quality of research and innovation\, while showcasing the UAE’s flagship IP initiatives and reaffirming the country’s leading position in innovation regionally and globally. \nGulf BPG\, represented by Chairman Malek Hannouf\, participated in the conference’s 2nd panel discussion on The Role of Leadership and Innovation\, during which he emphasized the strategic importance of intellectual property and intangible assets as core drivers of economic growth\, innovation\, and brand value. These newly produced items are then distributed for charitable purposes\, aligning the project with both ESG principles and CSR objectives. The project is set to expand to plastics in its next phase\, further reinforcing its environmental impact. \nThis partnership reflects a shared commitment to protecting intellectual property\, promoting sustainability\, and supporting community welfare\, positioning Dubai as a global model for innovative\, responsible\, and circular approaches to IP enforcement.
