The session focused on Complaints procedures and follow-up. Gulf BPG Vice Chairman\, Hussam Abu Hamdeh\, kicked off the meeting with a warm welcome\, before handing the floor to Eng. Rashid Al Owehan\, who elaborated on the steps of filing complaints via the ministry’s website.
